Proposals received within the time should then be available for Council consideration and assessment for a period of four weeks ending on the 31 May 2013. A vote open for 21 days should
follow commencing around the 1 June 2013. An announcement should be made to the council by the 23 June 2013.

A Proposal should contain:
1. Name of the proposing Subject*, website link
2. Proposed date of the event
3. Planned location
4. Organizers' experience in participation in rogaines
5. Organizers' experience in organizing rogaines
6. Future planned events
7. Terrain and map description
8. Description of Punching system and Result computing Software
9. Weather and climate at the proposed term of the race
10. Sun and moon during the event
11. Transportation and Accommodation info
12. Names of the Key Organizers (Event director, Course Setter, Course Vetter**)
13. Statement that the race will be run in accordance with the IRF Rules
14. Additional details
* ….. National Rogaining Association or any group meeting criteria described in paragraph 2.
** ..… A Course Vetter shall have participated in at least three prior championship rogaines (Rule D3) and shall be approved by the IRF subsequently.

World Rogaining Championships
The World Rogaining Championships (WRC) are the championships of the International Rogaining Federation. As the sport's premier event, the World Rogaining Championships are for the benefit of everyone in the sport: for elite competitors, for organizers, for administrators, and as a meeting focus for rogaining enthusiasts.
Technical
The International Rogaining Federation provides the forum to agree on technical facets of rogaining. We maintain a code and rules of Rogaining that govern the World Rogaining Championships and provide the basis for member country rules.

The International Rogaining Federation provides support for member countries organizing events and other developing countries establishing new rogaining associations.
